The Design Group at Dion goes far beyond simply transferring camera-ready art to an existing emblem or ring.
We will use your material to develop an original, memorable and meaningful presentation. Custom concepts, accurately incorporating your logo in full color become virtual product images, ready for presentation as well as program introduction, communication and promotion.
Art Requirements
Electronic Art – Macintosh formatted diskette: Zip 100 or 200;or CD-ROM. Acceptable MAC compression files include SIT or SEA (stuffit) or HBX (BinHex). Pc files can be compressed with WinZip. Illustration created in Illustrator and Photoshop. Include fonts and size.
Camera Ready Art – Vector based art saved as an EPS file is preferred. Black areas will be raised, white areas will be recessed, unless otherwise indicated in written instructions.
Trademarks
It is the reponsibility of the client to obtain authorization to reproduce or use for any purpose legally restricted or otherwise trademark, logo, design, or copyright from the rightful owner of, or authorized agent for, the owner of the same. E.A. Dion Inc assumes no liability for the use, including reproduction, or infringement of any registered trademark or copyright.
Terms
Net 30/no discounts unless otherwise covered by special quotation. All payments to be in U. S. funds. Credit Check required prior to production scheduling.

Die Service Fee
Die, tool and/or mold fees are service fees. Payment of service fee does not convey ownership. All dies/tools/molds or materials necessary for the manufacture of products ordered shall remain the property of E. A. Dion, and as such are guaranteed to remain available for your exclusive and continued use unless conditional use arrangements have been made at time of order. E. A. Dion further guarantees the working condition of dies/tooling/molds made by E. A. Dion as long as they remain on our premises.
Die Service fees vary. Simplicity or complexity of the design, medal, coin, buckle or medallion size and depth of relief are several of the variables at play.
Lead/Wax Proofs
Prior to hardening of dies, a lead strike is made of the relief of the die; for cast products a wax will be produced for proofing purposes. Production will not begin until written approval of the proof is received.
Packaging
Standard packaging is individual polybag unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping
All shipments are FOB, Attleboro, MA. Standard shipping is United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (Fed Ex) unless otherwise otherwise specified. For special rush deadline delivery dates, we reserve the right to select the method of shipment necessary.
Split Shipments
When requested calls for delayed shipments will be accommodated. Product will be produced and billed,with shipments delayed per customer request.
Drop Shipments
In the event a single order is to be prepared and shipped to multiple locations at one time, a $5.00 charge per drop-ship location applies. The drop-ship charge is in addition to shipping charges.
Cancellations
Changes or cancellation of orders in process will be subject to costs incurred to date.
Production Time
Four (4) weeks for orders (plus tooling time if not available).
