Job Description

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Time: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with 30 minute lunch

Capacities

  • Work in Packing and Shipping Department
    • Process orders for shipment using shipment software
    • Check counts and parts are accurate to picklists
    • Use shipping software
      • Check for accuracy and completion of necessary information regarding address, shipping methods, carriers, insurance and shipping billing information including duties and taxes for international shipments.
    • Packing cases according customer requests
  • Assist with packing and inspection during down time.
    • Inspect parts to ensure parts meet customer criteria and quality expectations
      • Overall quality
      • Personalization (size, color, engraving, packaging, stone set combinations)
    • Pack parts in assigned packaging
    • Coordinate customers orders to prepare orders for shipping
  • Monitor Receiving area and deliver / inform shipment to addressed recipients
  • Reports to Packing and Shipping department supervisor
  • Prioritize work and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates
  • Support development and implementation of standard operating procedures for all area operations

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • Basic Computer literacy with Excel, Outlook and Word (More is better)
  • Able to lift and move 30-40lbs boxes on semi-regular basis
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal
  • Excellent Problem solving skills
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Follow written and verbal instruction
  • Shipping experience a plus
