Job Description

Schedule:

  • Temporary Hire
  • Full Time
  • Time: 8:00am to 4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch

Reports to:

Program Manager and Vice President

Capacities:

  • Receiving and opening boxes of incoming shipments
  • Reviewing incoming rings and pendants
  • Extensive data entry (attention to detail with both speed and accuracy is critical!) of ring size, engraving, letters, diamond counts, etc…
  • Creating WO’s
  • Other miscellaneous data entry and document referencing
  • Preparing boxes, labels, and other materials for as well as collating of mass mailings/shipments,
  • Cross train to other departments (such as inspecting and packaging finished products; counting inventory; shipping; etc…)
  • This is a High Variety Low Volume environment. Applicants must be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment where demands and skills are continually changing.

Qualifications
  • Basic Computer literacy with Excel, Outlook and Word. Microsoft Access is a plus.
  • Able to learn and work within our manufacturing software program
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal
  • Excellent Problem solving skills
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Follow written and verbal instruction
  • Able to develop effective working relationships with others
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Ability to learn from and take ownership of mistakes
  • Educational requirements:
    • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
